The breadth of our services means there’s a role for everyone at the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA). We are contact centre agents. We are communications and marketing professionals. We are service delivery managers. We are all of these and so much more. We are people connected to care.

Here at the NHSBSA what we do matters
As an Arm's Length Body of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), we manage the NHS Pension Scheme, process prescription payments, issue UK Global Health Insurance Cards (GHIC) and much more! Our services are used by NHS organisations, patients and the public.
We take pride in being part of something so meaningful - our efforts touch millions of lives everyday.

Just as we design our services around the needs of our customers, we take pride in placing our people at the heart of our organisation. That’s why when you join us, you’ll be empowered to try new things and given all the support you need to help your career grow.

SIAM IT Service Manager

As a key member of the Future NHS Workforce Solution Transformation Programme, you will have the opportunity to showcase your experience in a wide range of Service Management skills, contributing to the development of the Service Management approach for the transformed service.

Information Governance Lead
The Information Governance Lead will support the handling of Freedom of Information (FOI) and Data Protection (DP) information requests across the NHSBSA. Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst
Are you passionate about improving how we manage governance, risk, and compliance in digital services? We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) directorate at NHSBSA.
In this role, you'll help shape and maintain governance, risk and compliance frameworks across DDaT, working closely with senior colleagues to assess risks, monitor compliance, and support improvement. You'll be comfortable interpreting complex regulations, promoting best practice, and building strong relationships across teams.

Using Generative AI
We understand that using Generative AI (GenAI) can be a useful and supportive tool when completing your application. However, we’ve noticed an increase in over-reliance on GenAI tools, which can negatively impact applications by removing candidates’ individuality, making it much harder to get a true sense of who you are and your authentic experience.
If you do use GenAI, it should enhance your application by proofreading or refining wording, not to create your supporting information entirely.

We know that the world is changing, and so is the way we work.
We are committed and proud to be a flexible employer and will endeavour to offer a working pattern that suits you wherever possible, whether that be hybrid working, flexible hours, job sharing and more.
We care about our people, our purpose and your progress
That's why we've designed a working environment that supports you

Connecting you with generous rewards
Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so our employee benefits package offers high street discounts, your NHS pension, flexible working and so much more.

A caring community that puts you first
We strive to offer a fantastic colleague experience, where every voice is heard, and every colleague is supported and respected. Central to this commitment is our focus on wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

We're committed to building a more sustainable future
We launched our first Sustainable Development Action Plan in 2009 and have been working hard ever since to make our buildings, services and policies more efficient and sustainable.
