What we do
Digital
We are working to make sure our services are delivered effectively to meet the needs of our people, customers and stakeholders. Our Digital teams place public services online and make them simpler, clearer and faster to use.
Data and Insight
We provide open, clear and actionable data and insights that empower our customers to make informed decisions. Our Data and Insight teams collaborate with our partners to maximise value from the data we hold, together with other data sources.
Technology
We enable almost 4,000 employees to access over 200 products hosted on 400 servers, allowing business areas to complete their work. We also provide support to 24 externally facing systems such as Global Health Insurance Cards and Maternity Exemption Certificates.
