As a Customer Contact Centre Agent, you’ll field a broad range of queries from service areas across our organisation
- help with health costs through administering the NHS Low Income Scheme, maternity and medical exemption schemes, tax credit exemption and prescription prepayment certificates in England
- financial support for healthcare, medical and dental and social work students
- the UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) scheme and management of reciprocal healthcare services for people moving or travelling abroad
- eligibility checking for free or reduced cost NHS treatment to reduce financial losses to the NHS
- Health & Community Services including Healthy Food Schemes, England Infected Blood Support Schemes (EIBSS) and more
- administration of the NHS Pensions scheme
