Portfolio Insight and Reporting Specialist
Are you an organised and proactive individual that thrives on extracting, analysing and presenting complex data to internal and external customers? If so, our Portfolio Insight and Reporting Specialist role may be for you.
Central to this crucial role is delivering analytical products including highly complex modelling to support reporting of high quality management information and insight that enable NHSBSA business decisions.

Using Generative AI
We understand that using Generative AI (GenAI) can be a useful and supportive tool when completing your application. However, we’ve noticed an increase in over-reliance on GenAI tools, which can negatively impact applications by removing candidates’ individuality, making it much harder to get a true sense of who you are and your authentic experience.
If you do use GenAI, it should enhance your application by proofreading or refining wording, not to create your supporting information entirely.

We know that the world is changing, and so is the way we work.
We are committed and proud to be a flexible employer and will endeavour to offer a working pattern that suits you wherever possible, whether that be hybrid working, flexible hours, job sharing and more.
We care about our people, our purpose and your progress
That's why we've designed a working environment that supports you

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so our employee benefits package offers high street discounts, your NHS pension, flexible working and so much more.

A caring community that puts you first
We strive to offer a fantastic colleague experience, where every voice is heard, and every colleague is supported and respected. Central to this commitment is our focus on wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
